Shipping and Return
All our orders are shipped with Colissimo, Chronopost (Classic, U.E, World) or FedEx.
Carrier shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the purchase and the delivery address. They s' displayed in your basket if you have saved a delivery address previously in your account.
Some of these options may not be available for certain product types or countries. Do not hesitate to contact us, if you encounter a problem during your order.
We ship the works in France, in Europe and all over the world. We will provide you with a tracking code to follow the shipment as soon as the carrier informs us.
Please allow 1-3 business days for turnaround and preparation of your package for shipment.
France and E.U. shipping: 2-5 working days
Shipping to USA: 5-7 business days
Rest of World Shipping: 5-10 Business Days
Please note that these estimates do not include delays due to customs inspection. Customs charges are not included in the shipping price and therefore these charges may be determined by your local customs authority. You should know that the payment of these costs is mandatory if you wish to obtain your shipment by the carrier.
If upon receipt of your order, an item does not suit you, you have the legal period of fourteen (14) clear days to return it and request its exchange or refund, from the day of receipt of your order.
Please check that the item(s) are in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice. Any damaged product, without an invoice or returned without its original packaging, will not be refunded or exchanged.
To notify us of your return request, please send us a request via the Form to be completed on the page contact within 2 working days after receipt of your order, specifying your order number, the reason for your return or any necessary information. .
Once we receive your product, you will have two options:
1. Choose a new item with a special discount code for the equivalent amount of your previous purchase .
2. You will be refunded by bank transfer the amount of your purchase (excluding postage), within 15 working days, from the date of receipt of the article by us.
For the return of your items, we advise you to return your package by registered post with tracking and against signature by Chronopost or Fed-Ex
If the package is visibly damaged, you should refuse it upon delivery or accept it with reservations.
If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please list and take photos of any visible damage and contact us via our contact form. We will take care of the exchange or replacement if the situation warrants it.
